Shipping & Returns
The delivery times for our products in the peninsula and in Portugal are 24-48 hours from placing the order. It is carried out with companies such as GLS, DHL, Correos Express, Correos and Seur. Delivery is made through Seur during the day following processing.
The indicated delivery times are indicative. In the event that there is a stock outage or specific unavailability of an item, veterinarysanfroilan.com will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, proceed to cancel it. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not give the customer the right to demand any compensation.
The form of cash on delivery payment for orders that is permitted entails a commission from the agency of 3% of the amount to be reimbursed. This commission will be a minimum of €3.89 and a maximum of €30.
Satisfaction or return
Please let us know if you find an error in your order and want to cancel it before 4:30 p.m. to prevent it from appearing in the day's shipment. You can do so by calling 646599470.
If the customer is not satisfied with their product, the maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. In this case, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.
Before making said return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period via e-mail info@veterinariasanfroilan.com, telephone 646599470 where we will tell you how to proceed with the return. No refund will be made that has not been previously communicated.
In order to accept a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as retain all its accessories and original documentation. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.
IMPORTANT:
veterinarysanfroilan.com will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified.
The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method made by the client.
Defective product of origin:
Once veterinarysanfroilan.com receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made for the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, with veterinarysanfroilan.com being responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to exchange for another item, the return and new shipping costs will not be assumed by veterinarysanfroilan.com.
Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order:
veterinarysanfroilan.com will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
If it is a gift:
It can be exchanged if the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition. The purchase amount will never be refunded, but an exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher amount. Shipping costs, and the price difference if any, will be borne by the person making the change.
